Having belly fat is the worst thing one can have.  I remember, after delivering my child, I lost 25 kg by doing brisk walk for one hour daily and having black coffee, grilled chicken and fruits. As a result of which I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight in 2 months but I still had a bulging belly. It was not visible, unless I was wore a body-hugging dress. But still, it was there and annoyed me a lot. So I joined a gym and did rigorous work out to have a flat belly. And trust me the most difficult area to lose weight is the belly area. The exercises were very painful. But I was determined, so I lost it in about 4 months. Yes, losing 25 kg was done in 2 months but achieving a flat belly happened in 4 months.  While exercise plays a major role in getting rid of belly fat, if you adopt the following tips in your daily routine it will further help you and the process will get fast. These are experimented and proven strategies by me! So here we go:

Bid adieu to sugar and any sugar-sweetened drink

Sugar is generally very unhealthy. When you eat a lot of sugar contained drinks and food items, the liver gets overloaded with fat. Numerous studies have shown that excess sugar can lead to accumulation of fat in the belly and liver. But keep in mind that none of this applies to whole fruit, which are extremely healthy and have plenty of fiber that mitigates the negative effects of fructose. The amount of fructose you get from fruit is negligible compared to what you get from a diet high in refined sugar. i cant live without coke, but I had to give up on it! Like they say, no pain no gain!

Eating more and more protein

Protein is the most important macronutrient when it comes to losing weight. There is also some evidence that protein is particularly effective against belly fat. One study showed that the amount and quality of protein consumed was inversely related to fat in the belly. That is, people who ate more and better protein had much less belly fat. So make an effort to increase your intake of high-protein foods such as whole eggs, fish, seafood, nuts, meat and dairy products.

Take out carbs from your diet permanently

If you cut carbs then your appetite will definitely go down and as result you will lose weight. Over 20 randomized controlled trials have now shown that low-carb diets lead to 2-3 times more weight loss than low-fat diets. So, avoid Dairy (Milk, yogurt, and ice cream) Grains (Bread, rice, crackers, and cereal) Starchy Vegetables (Potatoes and corn) Sugary Sweets (desserts, meethai and sugary drinks)

Increase intake of fiber, specially viscous fiber

It is often claimed that eating plenty of fiber can help with weight loss. This is true, but it’s important to keep in mind that not all fiber is created equal. The best way to get more fiber is to eat a lot of plant foods like vegetables and fruit.
